  功能：写英文字符的点阵
  
  说明：把get_eng_font返回的点阵信息写到屏幕上指定位置（x，y）处。
        mode=0时写8x16点阵信息，mode=1时写8x8点阵信息。
  
  注意：此处的（x，y）坐标为屏幕设成6行显示时的文本坐标。0<x<14，0<y<5
